Company Introduction
T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 37 stores across the country: 13 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 15 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.
The role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for a wide range of marketing initiatives, including (but not limited to) integrated marketing campaigns, in-store promotional events, POSM communication, and enhancing consumer shopping experiences. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and craft innovative, impactful ideas that effectively deliver our brand messages.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, cross department partners to develop and execute impactful marketing events.
2. Plan, coordinate, and manage retail marketing events, including cross department communication, vendor coordination, and timeline management.
3. Develop, localize, and oversee the production of POSM and other event-related marketing materials across multiple channels.
4. Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal/external stakeholders to enhance event reach and effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination and cross department communication.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven track record in planning, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding of both Western and Asian cultures.
- Previous experience in the retail business is highly desirable.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficient in English and Chinese languages.
- Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
