Hybrid Hospitality Team Member
Food Boutique + The Smokin’ Barrel Bar & Grill
We are looking for someone who loves variety, enjoys people, and can thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This is NOT a sit-around-and-watch-the-clock type of job. Must be available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
This hybrid role combines:
- Hosting
- Customer service
- Food delivery/running
- Light prep/support tasks
- Front-of-house hospitality
- Occasional driving/delivery duties between locations or to customers
You may work between both:
- Food Boutique in Stirling
- The Smokin’ Barrel Bar & Grill in Madoc
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic
- Is friendly, outgoing, and confident with customers
- Can multitask and move with urgency
- Is dependable and organized
- Works well independently without constant supervision
- Has reliable transportation
- Is comfortable jumping into different roles as needed
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Gets bored doing the same thing every day
- Loves hospitality and being around people
- Enjoys busy environments
- Wants to grow with a locally owned business
Experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability, and personality matter most.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
