Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards. The Powder Coater will play a critical part in the production process, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically appealing products.
Duties
- Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, masking, and surface preparation using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens, following safety procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality, uniformity, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste throughout the coating process.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all coated products.
- Good understanding of safety protocols related to powder coating operations and equipment handling.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
