As a member of the Retrofit, Modification, and Upgrade (RMU) Center of Excellence you will be responsible for driving short and long-cycle decoupled growth through robust pipeline management and Aftermarket (AM) product development and certification. The RMU COE develops and certifies Aftermarket solutions for all channels (Air Transport, Business & General Aviation, and Defense).
RMU COE is looking for a Program Manager to lead RMU Programs for the Aerospace Technologies Avionics, Nav &Sensors, and Engine Upgrades and Grow the Pipeline with various airlines, MROs, and other ATR customers. The Program Manager will have direct responsibility to complete certification of RMU offerings, working closely with Customers, Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and the larger Integrated Product Teams (IPT). You will also work with Offering and PAC Leaders to grow the Pipeline. The person must be highly motivated, self-directed, and have experience with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Products.
You will work under supervision of the RMU ATR Program Director, execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills.
