We're growing, and we're looking for a great technician to join our team.
At Sidney Transmission & Auto Repair, we've recently moved into a brand new shop, giving our team a clean, modern workspace, spacious bays, and a great environment to work in.
We're known for transmissions, drivelines, and differentials, but we're much more than a transmission shop. We also perform brakes, suspension, diagnostics, maintenance, and general automotive repairs, so you'll see a wide variety of work and keep learning every day.
We're a small, close-knit team that enjoys what we do. We help each other out, take pride in our work, and believe a good attitude is just as important as experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles
- Transmission removal and installation
- Brake, suspension, and steering repairs
- General automotive maintenance and repairs
- Diagnosing driveline and differential concerns
- Working alongside an experienced team on interesting, challenging repairs
What we're looking for:
- 2nd Year Automotive Apprentice or Journeyman Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Electrical diagnostic experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
