Job Summary
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated, articulate Part-Time Cold Caller / Telemarketer to join us at our sales desk in Oakville!
In this role, you will be dedicated to generating new business opportunities by making outbound cold calls, following up on sales leads, and reaching out to prospective clients. Our full-time sales team is often busy managing incoming orders, so your focus will be on sparking new interest, building connection, and passing qualified leads along.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential prospective clients.
- Follow up promptly on sales leads, inquiries, and previous customer contacts.
- Articulate our products/services clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Use basic computer applications to log calls, update customer notes, and manage lead lists.
- Work closely with the existing sales desk team to transfer interested leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication: Excellent, clear, and confident verbal communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to comfortably navigate computer systems and basic software.
- Mindset: Reliable, self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outbound phone sales.
- Experience: Previous phone sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required!
Work Location & Schedule
- Work Location: In-person at our Oakville office
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $17.60 per hour
