Job Summary
We are looking for an intermediate Family Law Clerk with strong litigation skills. This role supports our lawyers with drafting, court filings, disclosure management, and client communication. You must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft Applications, Answers, Motions, Briefs, Financial Statements
- Prepare and manage disclosure
- File documents using CaseLines and FSO
- Support lawyers for conferences, motions, and trials
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines and manage file progress
- Organize documents and maintain accurate billing
- Work with LEAP, DivorceMate, and digital tools
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience as a Family Law Clerk
- Knowledge of Family Law Rules and litigation procedures
- Strong drafting, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with CaseLines, FSO, and DivorceMate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Client communication skills and professionalism
- Strong teamwork and reliability
