Link2 Manufacturing, is an Electronics Contract Board Manufacturing facility, located in Delta BC. We specialize in complex and high density assemblies, consisting of 01005, 0201, micro QFN packages, 0.35 pitch BGAs and POP (Package on Package)
We are rapidly growing and looking to fill the following positions -
Manual (Hand) Soldering
Position Responsibilities - (but not limited too) -
Must know IPC standard for Hand Soldering of Electronics components
Experience with precise hand soldering and assembly of Thru-Hole Electronics components, ensuring high quality standards are always met.
Must have strong understanding of schematics and assembly processes.
Experience using hand and power tools
Good problem solving skills with both electronics and mechanical components
Good communication skills - both written and oral
Hand - Eye Coordination
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Attention to detail (task on hand/ Quality focused)
Qualifications -
Proven experience and knowledge in an Electronics manufacturing industry
Proven experience in hand soldering within an Electronics manufacturing facility
Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise soldering of electronics components
