Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Busser to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a seamless dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently, supporting smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments to enhance guest experience
- Support kitchen staff by removing used dishes and assisting with basic food handling tasks when needed
- Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards through diligent cleaning and sanitation practices
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and address guest needs promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to uphold hygiene standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- A proactive approach to teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction is highly valued
