Responsibilities
- Apply pest control treatments using various methods including spraying with precision and safety in mind
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and landscape maintenance to minimize future issues
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor maintenance or pest management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment procedures and prevention tips clearly to clients
- Willingness to learn about new pest control techniques practices
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment, operating tools, and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at a time
