Position OverviewFoothills Group is seeking a dependable General Labourer to support daily shop operations at our Lethbridge location. This role provides hands-on assistance across a variety of tasks, ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and operating smoothly. The position supports technicians, assists with parts movement, and performs general building and yard maintenance as assigned by the manager.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, yard, and work areas.
- Assist with parts pick-up and deliveries within the local area as required.
- Support technicians with basic, non-technical tasks such as moving tools, preparing work areas, and general assistance.
- Perform basic building and facility maintenance, including sweeping, waste removal, minor repairs, and grounds upkeep.
- Assist with unloading, sorting, and staging parts or materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Location Manager to support overall shop operations.
Qualifications• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once tasks are assigned.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required for shop operations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn, follow direction, and support multiple areas of the shop.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

- Must maintain professionalism with team members and customers on-site.
- Flexibility to assist with a range of operational needs as directed by management.

Wage - $16.00 - $18.00 with opportunities to move into an apprenticeship in Auto or Heavy Duty.
