The Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized treatments, product demonstrations, and retail sales to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyebrow threading, laser hair removal.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and recommend suitable products to clients
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, guest check-in/out, and answering inquiries
- Engage in ongoing education to stay current on industry trends and new techniques
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Experience in waxing, eyebrow threading, laser hair removal, and customized facials is required.
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and guest services efficiently
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
