Expanding in the BC Market
We have expanded into the growing BC market and currently have several large residential projects under construction. BC currently has 11 projects, including 7 towers, with more projects coming.
As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking construction-related talent to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing Apprentices to join our construction team.
As an L2/L3 Plumber Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, construction, and maintenance of plumbing systems on large residential projects. You will work under the direction of experienced Journeyman Plumbers, Foremen, and Project Managers while continuing to build your skills in the trade.
This is a great opportunity for apprentices who want to gain hands-on experience on major multi-family residential projects and grow with a company that has steady work and long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of plumbing systems on residential construction projects.
- Support rough-in, drainage, waterline, gas, and fixture installation work as required.
- Read and follow construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications under supervision.
- Work closely with Journeyman Plumbers, Foremen, and other team members.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Follow site safety procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and materials on site.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or material needs to the Foreman.
- Assist with inspections, testing, and deficiencies as required.
- Continue developing plumbing knowledge, trade skills, and code understanding.
Qualifications
- Must be currently located in Canada.
- Must be currently located in BC or willing to work in BC.
- Registered Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Apprentice preferred.
- Previous experience in plumbing construction required.
- Multi-family residential construction experience is an asset.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of job site safety practices.
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Experience
- Plumbing construction: 2+ years preferred.
- Multi-family residential construction: preferred.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Apprentice: preferred.
Licence / Certification
- Registered Plumbing Apprentice preferred.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing Apprentice preferred.
