Office Administrator – Temporary to Permanent
About Our Client
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their team in an Office Administration role based in Niagara Falls, with the potential to transition into a full-time position (currently still between 32-40 hours a week). If you have office experience and a strong understanding of computers, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Be Doing, as an Office Administrator:
- Desk/office work – sitting all day
- Completing paperwork
- Clearing customs orders and facilitating shipping of items
- Data entry, filing, email communication, and assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have, as an Office Administrator:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
In Return, You Will Receive:
- $18.00/hr plus 4 % vacation pay accrued and paid out when requested
- Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The Shift You Will be Working is:
- Currently averaging 32 hours a week
- 9:00am to 2:00pm (4-5 hour shifts)
- When full time, the shift changes to 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Weekday shifts
- Monday to Friday
