Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Fulltime Product Adviser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their shopping experience, providing expert product advice, and supporting sales initiatives. Your enthusiasm for quality products and excellent customer service will help us build lasting relationships with families and grow our community presence.
Duties
- Engage with customers in-store and online to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Assist customers with product selections, upselling high-end items and accessories to enhance their purchase experience
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking customer interactions and follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by building relationships with local dealerships, preschools, or other partners
- Support marketing initiatives through promotional events and product displays that attract new customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions clearly via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales support and dealership engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales,
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—paired with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and patience
- Solid math skills for handling transactions accurately and understanding pricing structures

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
