Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our wholesale team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, entering sales into the Nav accounting system . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers training and an opportunity to develop accounting and cashier skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
- Operate NAV systems efficiently for cash handling, Interact transactions, and returns
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage cash register operations accurately, ensuring proper change and receipt issuance
- Daily balancing of Cash and Debit sales
- Prepare daily deposits to be taken to bank.
Experience
- Prior experience in cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with NAV systems (Can be trained on system), basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
