We currently have projects ongoing in Calgary, Prince Rupert BC, Christina Lakes AB, with a couple other starting up around Grande Cache, and Grande Prairie.
We are currently seeking an experienced - Metal Buildings System Erectors: Construction Supervisor / Lead Hand to oversee daily job site operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.
Also Labourers who may be looking to build a career in Metal Buildings System Erectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
Lead, train, and motivate crew members
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and schedule standards
Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
Maintain daily site reports and communicate with management
Work hands-on alongside the crew when required
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in metal building or cladding construction
Proven leadership or supervisory experience if applying for Supervisor Position.
Strong understanding of self-framing metal building systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel and work on out-of-town projects
Willing to train Labourers.
