Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Ensure all food handling complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with meal preparation and food handling procedures
