The Manager of FP&A role is a newly created position in a growing company in the real estate sector. This is a great opportunity to learn as you develop your career and potentially progress through the organization.
The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for leading the long-term strategic financial planning process, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budgeting cycle in collaboration with business and operations teams. This role will also support investor relations through the development of key financial materials and by integrating market-facing expectations into financial models and planning processes.
Requirements

CPA designation or close to attaining.

5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally within a publicly traded and IFRS-reporting environment.

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in financial modeling, data manipulation, and scenario analysis.

Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and investor-facing deliverables.
