About the Opportunity
Revenue Management sits at the heart of every successful hotel operation.
As Revenue & Reservations Manager, you will play a key strategic role in maximizing hotel performance through effective pricing, inventory management, forecasting, market analysis, and leadership of the Reservations team.
Working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Operations, and Finance, you will help shape commercial strategies that drive occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), profitability, and guest satisfaction.
This position offers significant exposure to strategic decision-making, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
While this appointment is for an 18-month maternity leave, exceptional performers will be considered for future opportunities within Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport and the broader Manga Hotels portfolio as positions become available.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Management
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability.
- Monitor daily occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market trends.
- Analyze historical and current booking patterns to forecast demand accurately.
- Manage room inventory, pricing, restrictions, and availability across all distribution channels.
- Adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, local events, and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning.
- Optimize revenue from transient, corporate, group, and wholesale business segments.
Reservations Management
- Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
- Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain reservation standards and ensure prompt responses to guest inquiries.
- Monitor reservation accuracy, cancellations, no-shows, and booking trends.
- Ensure proper management of room blocks, group reservations, and special requests.
- Resolve reservation-related guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Distribution & Systems Management
- Manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the hotel's booking engine.
- Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
- Coordinate with channel managers and property management systems (PMS).
- Ensure all promotions, packages, and negotiated rates are loaded accurately.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare occupancy forecasts and revenue projections.
- Analyze pace reports and pickup trends.
- Generate management reports on:
- Occupancy
- ADR
- RevPAR
- Booking pace
- Market segmentation
- Channel production
- Reservation conversion
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise reservations team members.
- Schedule staff to meet business demands.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, and brand requirements.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaboration
- Work closely with:

- Participate in Revenue Strategy Meetings.
- Support budgeting and annual business planning.
- Assist with forecasting for staffing and operational requirements.
Guest Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Handle escalated guest complaints related to reservations and billing.
- Support loyalty program initiatives and guest retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel revenue management and/or reservations experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Online Travel Agency extranets (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Office-based with regular interaction with hotel departments.
May require availability during high-demand periods and month-end reporting cycles.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
