Conrad Brothers Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a Crusher Operator Assistant / Skid Steer Operator to join our aggregate crushing operations.
We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious individual who enjoys working as part of a team and is interested in building a long-term career in the aggregate and construction industry.

Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of aggregate crushing equipment
- Help keep the crushing plant operating safely and efficiently
- Perform general labour duties as required around the crushing operation
Qualifications
- Previous skid steer operating experience is required
- Experience working with, servicing, or operating rock crushers or aggregate crushing plants is considered a strong asset
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
