Major Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Customer Service
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables
- Maintains an accurate system of daily moves, scanning inventory and counting accurately
- Engages with vendors, customers and associates with a positive attitude

- Available for prompt & flexible scheduling
- Demonstrate professionalism in providing customer service
- Adhere to the company uniform policy, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with computer systems
- Prefer knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson® Parts & Accessories merchandise, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
- Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 30 lb. of material
Working Conditions
- Normally indoors, however, some outdoor event work may be required
Pay: $17.39-$19.00 per hour
