Rêve IDS is looking for the right person to become the face and first impression of our studio.
This position is suitable for someone who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and duties related to project coordination
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all incoming phone calls, walk-ins, and website lead submissions
- Assisting clients with product selections and general product knowledge
- Preparing material quotes
- Processing and managing orders and organizing incoming project materials
- Keeping showroom samples up to date and working with suppliers
- Assisting with maintaining the organization and presentation of the showroom and warehouse
Applicants should have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience
- Industry knowledge of products such as flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, millwork, countertops, and interior finishes is an asset
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Ability to use a forklift is an asset
- The ability to lift 50 lbs when organizing and moving project skids and materials
Position Details:
- Part-time or Full-time position available depending on the candidate, weekdays 9-5
- Pay rate - $25/per hour + sales commission for the right candidate

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
