Job Summary
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure a pristine environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, and other common areas.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
