Rite Way Rentals serves the Southern Manitoba Area with a variety of rental equipment and tools. Specializing in Aerial Lifts, Skid Steers, Telehandlers, and other assorted construction equipment, we have a wide variety of rentals, sales, and repairs we offer to our customers.
Summary
The Delivery Driver will be the primary source for delivering our equipment to customer jobsites. Delivery locations are typically located in Southern Manitoba and fall within business hours with a few pre-arranged exceptions. Drivers are able to operate a variety of available trucks and/or trailers and deliveries range from small items to large machinery. If no deliveries are scheduled the Driver will be requested to help on the yard or small maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery trucks to transport equipment to various job sites.
- Load and unload rental equipment with care.
- Follow all rules and regulations for driving, load securement, and hours of service.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Ensuring deadlines are met or communicating delays.
- Complying with jobsite requirements (safety gear, licenses, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Minimum two years commercial driving experience.
- Class 1 drivers license.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain logbooks, inspections, and schedule with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to transportation and equipment handling.
- Automotive repair skills are a plus but not mandatory.

- Able to speak low german or other languages
