As an Artigiano Shift Leader, you will not only provide world-class hospitality and excellent customer service but also take on leadership responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and team members alike. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service while taking orders, preparing/serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Lead shifts with a positive and energetic attitude
- Foster strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and community engagement
- Support and train staff to ensure consistency and quality service
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Prior server or leadership experience in a restaurant/café setting
- Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet 8 hrs a day
- Passion for building relationships with guests and growing a local business
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
