Job Overview
Install underground utilities. Grading / raking, being able to use tools as needed. Drivers license needed. Equipment experience would be great, we are willing to train the right person on machines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently and safely
- Support tradespeople by holding tools, mixing materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site regulations
- Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding or temporary structures when needed
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction setting
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license or ability to operate small machinery is an advantage

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
