Overview
We are seeking an experienced DZ Concrete driver with a minimum of 3 years experience operating a commercial vehicle, 1 year of ready mix experience and with a clean CVOR to join our team at Iron Concrete Redimix Inc. Employment is seasonal as it follows the construction work season. Rate of pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Can confidently operate a Manual Transmission 8 Speed Mixer Truck
- Experience with Concrete Slump Tests
- Knowledge of Ready mix driver daily functions including but not limited to opening and end shift duties
- Conduct regular inspections of truck to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during mixing or transport
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience with 8 speed Manual Transmission
- Experience with concrete slump tests
- Knowledge of Ready mix driver daily functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
