This Foreman / Crew Lead position is for someone ready to run a crew the right way — on-site across Nanaimo and Prince George, BC. You'll lead Installers and Laborers, set the standard on every job, and be the person the crew looks to when it matters. A company vehicle is included and a clean driver's abstract is required.
Pay: $30–$50/hour based on experience and leadership with real growth beyond that

Leading a crew of Roofing Installers and Laborers on residential and commercial projects across BC - setting the pace, the tone, and the standard from the moment you arrive on site

Managing daily workflow, sequencing installation tasks, and keeping projects moving on time and on spec

Onboarding new crew members on site - walking them through safety orientation, Ridgeline standards, and the right way to do the work

Holding the crew accountable to a professional job site - clean, safe, no shortcuts, no excuses

Operating and driving a company vehicle to and between job sites, managing site logistics and material coordination

Communicating directly with ownership on project progress, crew performance, and any on-site issues

Upholding and reinforcing Ridgeline's non-negotiable culture standards - no smoking, no profanity, professional conduct at all times

Proven experience leading a roofing crew or working as a senior installer ready to step into leadership - experience level is secondary to leadership quality

Someone who has grown through the trade and carries the habits and standards that come with that or someone ready to fully commit to learning the Ridgeline way

Clean driver's abstract required - you'll be operating a company vehicle
