Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development & Sales Representative to help grow StickyDSP. This is a hands-on role on a small team—you’ll drive sales conversations and also take meaningful ownership of sales/marketing execution (decks, proposals, outreach, and event support). If you like building the playbook while you grow pipeline, you’ll fit well here.
Key Responsibilities Sales / Business Development
- Prospect and engage potential clients (brands, in-house growth teams, agencies) across performance-focused verticals
- Run outbound outreach, follow-ups, and book qualified meetings
- Lead discovery calls to understand goals and KPIs (FTDs, deposits, funded accounts, LTV) and qualify fit
- Present StickyDSP clearly, handle objections, and move deals through the pipeline to close
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting
Sales + Marketing Support (Significant Part of the Role)
- Create and update sales decks, one-pagers, and proposal materials (you won’t do everything alone, but you will own a meaningful portion of it)
- Work with the internal team to drive coordinated marketing outreach (campaign messaging, sequences, event follow-up, and content that supports pipeline)
- Help build client-facing assets like case studies, performance summaries, and simple go-to-market materials
- Support event planning, coordination, and post-event follow-up to convert conversations into pipeline
Travel Requirements
- Required to travel and attend trade shows throughout the year
- Must be able to travel barrier-free to the US, LatAm, and EU (as needed for client meetings/events)
Requirements Must-Have
- Experience selling and/or marketing media, an advertising platform (DSP/SSP/ad tech), or a digital agency
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal) and confidence presenting to performance-driven stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a small team where you assist with materials and execution (not just “hand off to marketing”)
- Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage a pipeline and keep deals moving
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Ability to travel barrier-free to US, LatAm, EU and attend trade shows throughout the year
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in or exposure to iGaming (operators, affiliates, performance marketing, tracking, regulated markets)
- Familiarity with performance/programmatic concepts (tracking, attribution, conversion optimization)

Pay: $37,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
