We are looking to add a new member to our leadership team.
This isn't your typical management position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. Someone who can mentor, solve problems, build relationships, recruit great talent, and support agents as they grow their businesses. Recruiting and business development are an important part of this role.
The ideal candidate has real estate sales experience and a solid understanding of Ontario real estate, including contracts, TRESA, RECO requirements, and Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (PropTx) MLS® Rules and Policies. They are eager to continue learning and developing their leadership skills. Most importantly, they are someone agents can rely on for guidance, support, and practical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support the day to day operations of the office.
- Recruit new and experienced real estate professionals.
- Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, listing agreements, and other transaction documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to agents with transactions and day to day business challenges.
- Help agents grow their businesses through ongoing support.
- Build strong relationships with agents to improve engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure brokerage operations comply with TRESA, RECO requirements, MLS® Rules and Policies, and brokerage procedures.
- Stay current with regulatory updates and industry best practices.
- Assist in resolving agent concerns and consumer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to improve office operations and the overall agent experience.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional office culture.

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
