Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized massage therapy plans
- Perform professional massage treatments utilizing various techniques to address client concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or wellness practices
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body
- Proven knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practice
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen attentively to client needs and concerns
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary

Pay: $44,195.61-$80,000.00 per year
