As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Account Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships while driving business growth. This role combines account management, customer service, and business development to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and French, highly organized, customer-focused, and possesses a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events as required.
- Maintain accurate records and customer activity within the CRM system.
- Contribute to sales planning and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Industry experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, telephone, and email skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour daytime shift
Location Requirements
This position is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and requires the successful candidate to work on-site. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Winnipeg or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment.
Travel is required for customer visits, industry trade shows, conferences, and other business-related activities.
