We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Processing Manager who specializes in submission and processing of immigration applications. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Canadian immigration processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in immigration applications.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and applications simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including excellent communication with clients.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Ability to handle customers in difficult and stressed-out situations with positivity and empathy
- Must possess strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English (Hindi, Punjabi an asset)
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required
- Strong knowledge of immigration documentation, office procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in office software, case management systems, and record-keeping procedures.
Job Type: Full-time Permanent – Probation period for first 3 months.
Pay: $22 to $25 per hour (Depending upon knowledge and experience)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review immigration applications such as Permanent Residency applications, Work Permit, Study Permit, Super Visa, Visitor Visa, TRV etc applications
- Manage and coordinate client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Collect, review and assess client documentation to ensure completeness to prepare complete immigration applications.
- Advise international students on study permit requirements, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with educational institutions and immigration authorities when required.
- Completion and preparation of various aspects of immigration applications, including application forms, drafting request letters and compiling documents.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable colleges, universities, and academic programs.
- Communication with clients via email, phone and in-person regarding regular application updates
- Provide administrative support by greeting clients, and attending calls
- Maintenance of case files and documentation to keep track of upcoming deadlines
- Oversee records management, filing systems, and procurement processes related to case activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
