What You’ll Do
- Execute dishes across hot, cold, and expo stations during service
- Assist with prep to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow food safety standards and assist with kitchen cleaning
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (motivated beginners welcome)
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, responsible, and hardworking
- Weekend availability
- Experience with KDS systems is an asset
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain—we can help)
Compensation & Growth
- Probation Period (6 weeks): $19/hour + tips
- After Probation: $21–$25/hour + tips(based on performance, reliability, and versatility)
This is a universal line cook role — you’ll be trained to work across all stations (hot, cold, expo), making versatility key to your success and growth.
