Event & Sales Manager – Quick Games Hub Inc.
The Event & Sales Manager is responsible for driving event bookings, corporate sales, birthday parties, group reservations, and community partnerships while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees the complete event lifecycle, from lead generation and client consultation to event execution and post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads for corporate events, birthday parties, school trips, sports teams, fundraisers, and private venue rentals.
- Conduct venue tours, prepare event proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure bookings.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, hotels, and tourism partners to increase event and group sales.
- Coordinate all event logistics including bowling reservations, arcade packages, food and beverage arrangements, party room setup, staffing requirements, and guest accommodations.
- Collaborate with operations, kitchen, and guest service teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor event budgets, deposits, payments, invoices, and final billing.
- Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to increase bookings during off-peak periods.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records and follow up with prospective and past clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through phone, email, social media, and website channels.
- Identify opportunities for upselling food packages, arcade credits, bowling experiences, party rooms, and venue buyouts.
- Track sales performance, event revenue, booking trends, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to management.
- Represent Quick Games Hub at networking events, trade shows, community functions, and local business associations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event sales, hospitality, entertainment, recreation, restaurant, or customer service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online booking platforms.
