Junior Bookkeeper (Hybrid, Full-Time) — KSN Books
Location: Saskatoon, SK (Hybrid) — preference for Saskatoon or within ~30 miles
Pay: $20–$24/hour

KSN Books is a people-first bookkeeping firm supporting small business owners with clear, relationship-driven bookkeeping. We’re hiring a Junior Bookkeeper who is coachable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn, especially with software.
What you’ll do (training provided)
- Enter/categorize transactions in cloud accounting software
- Support bank/credit card reconciliations and monthly bookkeeping tasks
- Keep client records organized and up to date
- Follow checklists/SOPs and ask questions when something doesn’t look right
- Grow into payroll and GST/PST support over time

- Professional communication
Requirements
- Live in Saskatoon or within ~30 miles (preferred)
- Excel (required)
Tools you’ll use:
QuickBooks Online, Dext, Karbon, Plooto
Nice-to-haves
Google Sheets, bookkeeping/admin experience, QuickBooks exposure
