Job Summary
Striveworks Learning Institute is seeking qualified instructors to teach practical skills in a variety of subject areas. Courses may be delivered on campus, online or on occasion at off-site locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging instructional content tailored to various topics. Either, Landscaping, Cashier Training, Computer Training, Barista Training, Hospitality Trades, Customer Service, WHMIS, Childcare and Homemaking.
- Conduct training sessions for students, in classrooms, online or on occasion off-site.
- Assess learner progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, discussion, and hands-on practice.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and institutional policies during training activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in one or more of the subjects listed above.
- Excellent teaching and training abilities, with experience in education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to learners at various levels.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and environments.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design is preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
