PNG Projets d’aménagements is a bilingual company (English, French) that sets up operations in the Outaouais region to work on large-scale projects. Currently, PNG is working on the O-Train phase 2 (OLRT2 project), in Ottawa.
We are currently looking for float trailer drivers for loading, securement, and transportation of items like excavators, loaders, and dozers.
Only resumes displaying clear and relevant experience with float trailer for heavy machinery equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers) will be considered.
Your main tasks will be:
- Loading, securement, and transportation of items like excavators, loaders, and dozers
- Move the heavy machinery equipment on the different work sites
- Perform safety inspections of equipment before each shift
- Complete daily inspection logs
- Immediately report any defects noted during these rounds to the mechanical maintenance supervisor
- Respect road safety code
- Keep equipment clean
- All other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Class AZ driver’s license
- Mandatory: 2 – 5 years experience driving a float trailer to move heavy equipment and machinery.
- Experience on a construction site an asset
- Flexible working hours
Work schedule : Daytime work; 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
May vary depending on job site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
