The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role develops creative visual concepts and designs across in-store graphics, social media channels, and retail space layouts. The ideal candidate balances strong strategic thinking with solid production knowledge, possessing the ability to seamlessly manage design projects from initial concept through to final execution and delivery.

You Will
- Collaborate and brainstorm with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, brand identity initiatives, social media platforms, and retail space visuals.
- Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure all spatial and graphic designs align with core business objectives and physical store environments.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files and liaise directly with external vendors, printers, and fabrication partners to oversee quality control.
- Manage multiple design workflows simultaneously, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, exceptional visual execution, and timely delivery of all creative materials.
You Should Have / Be
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Spatial Design, or a related creative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in retail design, branding, an in-house creative department, or an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing excellence in retail, environmental/spatial design, and digital content.
- A creative, conceptual thinker who stays calm under pressure and effectively prioritizes competing deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Deep knowledge of physical print and manufacturing production processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- The ability to read and understand Chinese is a highly valued asset.

Shift
5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
