Position Summary
We are seeking a New Home Sales Representative to join our growing team at a new pre-construction community in Brampton, Ontario. This individual will play an active role in selling, administering, and representing our builder client in the Brampton market. Must have pre-construction experience and active real estate license. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and is a team player focused on achieving sales success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, conduct outreach, and follow up with sales leads
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, amendments, and related documents
- Greet walk-in customers at the Builder's Sales Office
- Manage the Sales Office, ensuring it is kept to a high standard
- Communicate with external sales representatives, brokers, clients, and purchasers
- Educate purchasers on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Builder policies, and amendments
- Manage product inventory and ensure accurate information
- Provide input on sales and marketing strategies, pricing, and collateral
- Conduct market research on competitors in the local market
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO
- Experience working within a New Home Sales Office (willing to train)
- Flexible to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite
- Familiarity with pre-construction sales technology (SaleFish, NewStar, Spark.re, etc.) — willing to train
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to achieve sales success
Compensation
This role is structured via an attractive base and commission structure.
