Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable hairstylist/braider to join a growing studio. The space has recently been upgraded to accommodate another stylist in a clean, comfortable, and professional environment.
This is a great opportunity for a stylist looking for flexibility, independence, and the ability to grow their own clientele while working in a supportive space.
Responsibilities:
- Provide braiding services including box braids, feed-in braids, and cornrows
- Perform sew-in installations and basic weave styles
- Style and maintain locs
- Deliver excellent customer service and client care
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation
- Manage appointments and time effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in braiding and hairstyling
- Strong attention to detail and neat work
- Professional attitude and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Clientele is an asset but not required
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay (competitive percentage)
