Job Overview
We are looking for painters! We want to hear from you if you love to paint and have experience. You must be reliable, honest, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities/Musts:
- Following instructions from the team leader and supervisor is a must.
- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as requested.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
- Clean your tools at the end of the day.
- Must already be in Canada with the ability to work
Qualifications:
- Experience with painting!
- Attention to detail
- Good attitude
- Team player - we work as a team
- Experience with interior and exterior painting.
- Knowing how to spray is ideal but not required
- Knowing how to cut, roll, prepare, and what to do next is essential!
- Working with heights
- Honesty
- Expected to climb ladders as needed
- Carry 40 lbs as needed
- Personal hygiene
- Ethical
Please note: your pay is based on your actual painting ability.
A car is not required, but you will need to be able to get to our pick-up/drop-off location if you need a seat in our vehicle. We do not compensate for your travel time, whether you drive yourself or ride with us. Please note that if you have no painting experience, we will not be able to hire you.
*** Job is not based in Barrie; Barrie is only the pickup location.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
