Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaboration with other departments
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training new team members and managing daily operations.
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage food inventory, order supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, special events, and customer service initiatives.
- Serve as a leader in the kitchen, motivating staff to achieve high standards of performance and hospitality.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
