Assists clients in selecting appointment location and times, and responsible for providing a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Reports to Supervisor and/or Manager of Patient Appointment Line, Community Services.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience in a call-center environment. Six months customer service experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite. Experience with Data entry.
Preferred Qualifications:
Related post-secondary education (ex. Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk). Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to handle a large amount of work effectively, given exposure to continual interruptions.
