Alpine HVAC Service is a specialized commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC service company operating across the Niagara–Hamilton region. We are not a generalist contractor — we are a focused, technically-driven team built around long-term service relationships with property managers, facility managers, and building operators.
We are growing deliberately, capitalizing on strong tailwinds in the building automation and mechanical services market. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a company that has a clear market differentiator and upward trajectory.
The role
This role is built for someone who opens doors for a living. Your territory is the region, your office is your vehicle, and your job is to put Alpine in front of the right people.
You will not be managing accounts after the sale. Once a client is onboarded, they are handed off to our operations and account management team. Your focus stays on what you do best: opening doors and closing new business.
This role is field-based. You will be on the road every day — door knocking, dropping in, following up, and building a pipeline from the ground up. Office space is available when you need it, but a desk is not where this role is won.
What you will be doing
- Prospecting and cold calling commercial property and facility managers across Niagara and Hamilton
- Building relationships with key decision-makers in your territory through consistent, professional face-to-face outreach
- Presenting and selling annual HVAC service agreements to new commercial accounts
- Managing your pipeline and activity in our CRM — tracking contacts, proposals, and follow-ups
- Collaborating with our operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff
- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and annual contract revenue targets
What we are looking for
- A natural relationship builder who is energized by meeting new people and starting conversations — not drained by it
- Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with rejection
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience — industry background in commercial services (HVAC, fire protection, security, janitorial, or similar) is a strong asset but not required
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up — you do not let leads fall through the cracks
- Professional presentation and strong verbal communication — you can walk into a property management office with professionalism and respect
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite — Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
