We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Grande Prairie Plant. This role will oversee smooth facility operations and excellent production times, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing and packaging departments
· Manage back (production/logistics) of house teams effectively
· Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements and financial planning
· Manage materials replenishment, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives
· Ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed
· Coordinate Equipment and Machine maintenance + repairs
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in plant operations
· Proven skills in leadership and supervision
· Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
· Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes
· Positive Attitude
Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Experience:
