We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments tailored to client preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Assist clients at the front desk with scheduling appointments, retail product sales, and check-in/check-out procedures
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training
- Help the other stylist if needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine approach
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
