We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with established insurance and investment advisors across Canada
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified advisor prospects
- Conduct discovery calls to understand production levels, goals, and fit
- Present the value proposition of partnering with our MGA
- Coordinate onboarding for new advisors
- Work closely with leadership to refine outreach and growth strategy
Who You Are
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or recruiting (insurance/financial services preferred)
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Experience working with advisors, brokers, or financial professionals is a major asset
- Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and activity
