Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven professional who thrives in a high-energy environment. You'll be working with a supportive team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality and client satisfaction. During our busy season in the spring and summer months, hours will be full-time and during our slower months in the winter hours will be part-time. If you're detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and love a good challenge, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Perform garment alterations and repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Conduct fittings and provide guidance to clients to ensure a perfect fit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in alterations, tailoring, or sewing.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and thrives in a team environment.
- Able to productively collaborate with colleagues.
- Professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with clients.
